Eline Van Nevel launched Alaise, her concierge service for second-home owners, in early August 2020. Derived from the French expression ‘à l'aise’ (at ease), the name Alaise fully covers the scope of this company.
Eline’s services include:
- key management
- coordination of cleaning activities (cleaning on demand is also possible)
- coordination of professionals
- she will also be present for any necessary interventions such as deliveries, checks, etc. She also offers various extras, from cleaning and technical interventions to a well-stocked fridge, home chef and much more.
In a nutshell, Alaise ensures comfort and the key to your second home will be in good hands with her!

As a Conciërge Privé member, you can contact them for any service.
In addition to the regular services included in the basic package, they also offer a wide range of additional services such as:
- scheduling and performing of maintenance work
- being present for goods deliveries
- providing personal services.
You decide how often they visit and can also call on the personalised concierge services of Conciërge Privé (On-Demand Service). Although they work with carefully selected professionals and employees, they are naturally also willing to cooperate with your selected partners.

Major Domus
