Cirque du Soleil - KURIOS
KURIOS™ – CABINET OF CURIOSITIES
KURIOS is a dizzying escape from reality. It is a breathtaking spectacle, revealing a joyous universe inspired by steampunk where the unexpected lurks behind every corner. The audience will be treated to a combination of death-defying acrobatics and an inspiring touch of poetry, wonderful music, and a dash of humour.
KURIOS is set in an alternative history that nonetheless feels familiar, in the mechanical lab of a Seeker who is convinced that a hidden, invisible world exists — a place where the wildest ideas and the greatest dreams await him. As soon as the Seeker manages to open the door to this world of wonders, time comes to a complete standstill and a cheerful cast of characters from another world burst into his cabinet of curiosities, bringing his improvised creations to life one at a time. As the visible becomes invisible and perspectives shift and slide, KURIOS erupts into a celebration of strength and imagination.

MOBILITY & PARKING
Cirque du Soleil will be taking place on Knokke-Heist’s Leerwerkerstraat. This is a new street, and as such is not yet visible on all route planners. The best way to access Cirque du Soleil is via the footpath between Kalvekeetdijk 179 (Brink Office) and Kalvekeetdijk 181 (central cemetery), directly opposite the AZ Zeno car park. From the car park, it about 300 metres' walk to the tent entrance.
By car
Coming to Knokke-Heist via the A11? Take the Knokke exit and follow Natiënlaan. Parking is in the AZ Zeno paid car park, Kalvekeetdijk 260, 8300 Knokke-Heist. From there, safely cross Kalvekeetdijk and walk for 5 minutes along the footpath. If the AZ Zeno car park is full, there will be signs to an overflow car park along Natiënlaan.
By bike
If cycling, take the new shared footpath/cycle path between Brink Office and the central cemetery to just by the entrance of Cirque du Soleil, where you will find free bike parking.
