Flanders Finest

For the first time in its history, Knokke-Heist will see as many as 12 star chefs at work behind one kitchen counter at the same time. The seaside town will welcome the third edition of Flanders Finest on 29 September 2023. At this exclusive gastronomic event, guests will be served an exquisite 21-star dinner in the magnificent setting of the Grand Casino Knokke.

Two three-star chefs, five two-star chefs and five chefs with one Michelin star: that's a line-up to be proud of. From your seat, you will see top names from Flemish gastronomy cooking together: that, in a nutshell, is the unique concept of Flanders Finest.

Each chef will present one dish at the dinner, allowing you to taste his signature. Naturally, they will choose top products such as caviar, scallop, truffle, oyster and langoustine. The menu is combined with a carefully selected pairing of the finest champagnes and wines. Afterwards, we invite you to our afterparty with DJ Nick Bril.
