Swimming in the sea is only allowed when the rescue posts are monitored by our teams.

5 rescue posts: Heist, Duinbergen, Albertstrand, Lichttorenplein and Zoute

1 to 15 September
12 rescue posts: from Heist to Lekkerbek
1 July to 31 August

The rescue posts are open from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm.
FIRST AID posts
Our First Aid posts can be contacted for assistance on the beach, and to obtain child safety wristbands.
They are simultaneously opened with the rescue posts.
