ART tour driven by Belfius
The ART Tour takes you to all the artistic and culinary hotspots of Knokke-Heist. Discover the most beautiful ‘Sculptures in the City’, spot exceptional places and taste the most delicious regional products thanks to this unique, environmentally-friendly vehicle. A Dutch-speaking guide will accompany you during the tour.
Where? The departure is at the Tourist Office (Zeedijk 660), the end point is Hotel Britannia (Elizabetlaan 85).
When? Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 11 am, from 15 June to 9 September. Also on 22, 23, 29 & 30 September.

great art for great kids
Great Art for Great Kids lets children to get to know some of the greats works of art in a surprisingly original manner. Pandas, piglets, polar bears, hippos...the spotlight has been turned onto a complete zoo in the Great Art for Great Kids exhibition in Knokke-Heist. For once, the animals take on the roles of the characters painted by famous artists. So the children get to know some of the greatest works of art through the centuries in an amazing and novel manner.

What’s actually still real these days? After all, things aren’t always as straightforward as they once were. Think of fake news, deepfake technology, Instagram filters and so on. In this 62nd edition of the Knokke-Heist Cartoon Festival, cartoonists show us what it actually means to be authentic, for women in particular. How easy or hard is it as a woman to express your true self? Are those girls seen in the world of advertising in fact real? As a woman, are you really free to speak your mind? It's high time we burst that bubble and got back to reality.
This summer at the Scharpoord Cultural Centre, join your kids in discovering a cartoon world full of frivolous girls, powerful women and everything in between. Not one to be missed!

Lumière aan Zee offers the ideal activity for a rainy day, all summer long. You can go there every afternoon, early or late evening to see a great film. They have put together a selection of summer blockbusters, leading Belgian films, excellent family movies and gems from the Cannes festival.

Kneistival is a free pop & rock festival in Knokke-Heist. On the Heldenplein, near the beautiful beach, you can enjoy a great atmosphere and fantastic live concerts by local, national and international bands. On Saturday 22 July, there is also a kids' afternoon at 2.30 pm.

klassiek leeft meesterlijk
15th anniversary of the Klassiek Leeft Meesterlijk festival! Knokke-Heist is celebrating this milestone in style with a masterful programme carefully compiled by Liebrecht Vanbeckevoort, artistic director of Klassiek Leeft.
For this summer series, concerts are planned on 22, 25 and 27 July and 1, 3 and 5 August 2023. All the concerts will take place at 8.30 pm in the Dominican Church (except for the final concert in St. Margaret's Church).

KURIOS is a dizzying escape from reality. It is a breathtaking spectacle, revealing a joyous universe inspired by steampunk where the unexpected lurks behind every corner. The audience will be treated to a combination of death-defying acrobatics and an inspiring touch of poetry, wonderful music, and a dash of humour.
KURIOS is set in an alternative history that nonetheless feels familiar, in the mechanical lab of a Seeker who is convinced that a hidden, invisible world exists — a place where the wildest ideas and the greatest dreams await him. As soon as the Seeker manages to open the door to this world of wonders, time comes to a complete standstill and a cheerful cast of characters from another world burst into his cabinet of curiosities, bringing his improvised creations to life one at a time. As the visible becomes invisible and perspectives shift and slide, KURIOS erupts into a celebration of strength and imagination.

On Friday 4 August 2023, from 5pm till late, the Zoute Committee is once again putting on its famous Night of Het Zoute. In Kustlaan and on Zeedijk, as well as in the side streets of this fashionable shopping district, you will be able to enjoy numerous fashion shows, receptions and events.
Retailers, jewellers and art gallery owners will offer their loyal customers a glass of champagne and present their latest exclusive collections in style. The Night of Het Zoute is undeniably the country's most glamorous shopping event, where the ‘beau monde’ always come together to see and be seen.

BMW Presents international Fireworks festival
The International Fireworks Festival Knokke-Heist takes place annually on the beach near the Meerlaan in Knokke-Heist on 18, 20, 22 and 24 August at 10 pm. Four different countries present a story with fireworks and music in a vibrant show. On 26 August, Knokke-Heist will close the festival and the winner will be announced.

zoute beach flower festival
How great the love for beach flowers in Knokke-Heist is, proves a brand new initiative: the Zoute Beach Flower Festival, a beach flower competition at the initiative of Compagnie Het Zoute.
On Saturday, August 19, the beach in front of Albertplein, also known as the 'Place m'as-tu vu', will transform into a veritable marketplace of paper flowers. That day, countless children will compete for the most original beach flower shop and most creative flower of the year.
In addition to the competition, many additional activities are provided on the beach. The Zoute Beach Flower Festival thus becomes a real family event, immersing Knokke-Heist in the unique tradition of paper beach flowers for a whole day.
