Salvatore and Michele Spiniello, who were born and raised in Knokke, founded the famous Rigoletto restaurant, but launched a new brasserie concept, called Bistro De Paris, at the end of 2013.
The chef has been upping his game for several years already.
He loves Franco-Belgian and Mediterranean cuisine, combining them effortlessly, and gives a whole new meaning to the word taste.
